Leadership has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As the oldest of four, I naturally stepped into the role of the responsible one: the consoler, the peacemaker, the counselor, and the cheerleader. I loved that role then, and I still love it now. Supporting others has always come naturally to me. But I also understand something most leaders feel deeply: We’re the ones everyone turns to yet we rarely have someone we can turn to ourselves. We can’t lean on our employees or staff, and the advice from friends or family doesn’t always meet the complexity of what we’re navigating.

It’s my passion to support business owners, executives, CEOs, and mid- to upper-level managers as their sounding board, confidant, and coach.
